Once you are enrolled in ChimerixCares™, a dedicated Care Coordinator will work with you or the person you care for to help with the following:
Working with your prescriber and specialty pharmacy to obtain insurance approval
- Determine how MODEYSO™ is covered and estimate your out-of-pocket costs
- Understand the process your insurance requires to approve coverage
- Your insurance may require additional paperwork from your healthcare provider. ChimerixCares will work with the specialty pharmacy and your healthcare provider to manage the approval process

Copay Assistance

Patient Assistance Program*
- If you are uninsured or underinsured and meet certain financial criteria, you may be eligible to receive MODEYSO™ at no cost
Temporary Supply Programs*
- If you are experiencing a delay in insurance approval or an interruption or gap in insurance coverage, you may be eligible for a temporary no-cost supply of MODEYSO™ to help you start or continue treatment

Coordinate with the specialty pharmacy for home delivery and continued support
- The specialty pharmacy will reach out to you to arrange the shipment of medication and provide medication counseling
- The specialty pharmacy will schedule refills with you to ensure no gaps in therapy
- The specialty pharmacy has pharmacists and nurses available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about the medication
